Inglaterra v México
We landed in Aeropuerto Internacional de Bahías de Huatulco just in time to rent a very expensive p.o.s. car, drive the 10 minutes to Crucecita to check into Budget Hotel #2, and hotfoot it to a mariscos restaurant to kick back with some choice seafood and watch England beat Mexico in soccer. We had been cheering for Mexico right alongside all the Mexicans. Sad moment.

I've relaxed considerably about the flying, but am anxious to hear about your adventures in ceviche.
ReplyDeleteI've also relaxed considerably. :) Including about the raw seafood, which could always still prove to be a mistake... We've eaten lots of ceviches since we've been here. So far so good. At least as far as the microbes go. As for the taste of the ceviches: that's another story. Mexicans don't like must taste (chiles / jalapenos / limes, etc.) in their ceviche. We always have to doctor it considerably!
